Bahrain International Airport (BIA) has clinched three major honours at the 2026 Skytrax World Airport Awards as passenger traffic returned to normal levels.
BIA was named the ‘World’s Best Airport (5–10 million passengers)’ for the second consecutive year, ‘Best Airport Staff in the Middle East’ for the fourth time, and ‘Cleanest Airport in the Middle East’ for the second year running .
