Alba has celebrated the graduation of 312 students who completed its On-the-Job Training (OJT) programmes this year, reaffirming its commitment to nurturing the next generation of local talent.
A recognition ceremony was hosted at the company’s Oasis Hall to honour the trainees’ dedication and practical exposure at the world’s largest single-site aluminium smelter .
