The National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) enhanced its Health Product Registration Renewal service through an updated electronic system that enables the submission of renewal applications and completion of procedures electronically, as part of government efforts to improve service quality and re-engineer services.
The enhanced service has reduced the application processing time from 15 to 10 working days, the number of required documents from 12 to four, and the application process from four steps to three .
