Bahrain’s Commercial Attaché in Geneva Maryam Al Doseri has been elected as Vice-President of the Trade and Development Board of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) for a one-year term.
The election places Bahrain in a senior position within one of the UN’s key bodies dealing with global trade and development, further strengthening the Kingdom’s presence in international economic diplomacy .
