Bahrain is committed to keeping pace with the latest technological and scientific developments and strengthening the kingdom’s position as a leading regional hub for space communications and their applications, in line with Bahrain Economic Vision 2030 and the National Telecommunication and ICT Strategy.
Bahrain Space Agency (BSA) chief executive officer Dr Mohamed Al Aseeri said this while taking part in the fourth session of the ‘Space Connect 2026’ series, organised by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), under the theme, ‘Beyond the Horizon: Framing the Future of Space Communications’ .
