The Supreme Council for Environment (SCE) has developed its digital service for purchasing chemicals from the local market, as part of ongoing government efforts to enhance and re-engineer public services.The service enables establishments to submit requests to purchase and sell chemicals, refrigerants and regulated chemical substances, helping regulate transactions between local suppliers and buyers and ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirements .
