Key aspects of the new electronic training platform for doctors enrolled in residency programmes were highlighted yesterday during a top health official’s inspection visit to the Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Training and Education Centre at Salmaniya Medical Complex (SMC).Supreme Council for Health (SCH) chairman Lieutenant General Dr Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa reviewed medical training, education and scholarship programmes implemented by government hospitals, as well as developments achieved in the medical training system and programmes for preparing and qualifying health cadres .
