Batelco and stc Bahrain have topped the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority’s (TRA) 2025 compliance ratings with identical scores of 92 per cent, according to a newly published performance scorecard evaluating mobile operators across the kingdom.
Zain Bahrain recorded an 87pc compliance rating in the assessment, which evaluated operators against six critical consumer protection areas: general regulatory compliance, roaming, number portability, retail service package transparency, billing clarity, and contract summaries .
