Bahrain Clear, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bahrain Bourse, has officially adopted enhanced operational rules following approvals from its board of directors and the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB).
The revamped framework governs clearing, settlement, depository, custody, pre-trade, and post-trade services across the kingdom’s capital market ecosystem .
