Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) chief executive officer Sultan bin Abdulrahman Al Marshad has confirmed that the King Abdullah Medical City project in Bahrain is progressing rapidly, with all construction, fitting-out and equipment works expected to be completed ahead of its official opening in 2027. He said the city is set to become one of Bahrain’s leading healthcare and educational institutions .
