The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) Group held its annual ordinary and extraordinary general meeting which took place virtually yesterday.
Led by chairperson Hala Yateem, the meeting was attended by the board of directors, executive management, shareholders, as well as representatives from the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), the Industry and Commerce Ministry, Bahrain Bourse and the bank’s external auditor .
