Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa has warned against the spread of malicious rumours and misinformation, urging the public to disregard dubious messages and focus on reliable information sources. “Spreading rumours of this nature is a legal offence and such actions are under close scrutiny,” he warned during a joint meeting between the legislative and executive branches yesterday .
