MPs have called on the government to construct two new pedestrian bridges linking Galali and Muharraq with Bahrain’s coastline to give fishermen and visitors safer access to the kingdom’s maritime heritage.The proposal, led by Parliament’s public utilities and environment affairs committee chairman Hisham Al Awadhi and Khalid Bu Onk, is set for a vote on Tuesday .
