W Riyadh – KAFD, part of W Hotels, has appointed Fares Daghlas as General Manager, bringing over 20 years of luxury hospitality experience across the Middle East.
The appointment comes as the newly opened hotel positions itself as a flagship lifestyle destination in Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah Financial District. Daghlas has previously held senior roles with brands including The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, The Luxury Collection and Westin Hotels & Resorts.
At W Riyadh – KAFD, he will focus on developing immersive guest experiences, cultural programming, and strong team-led service culture.
His leadership approach emphasises talent development and supporting Saudi hospitality growth aligned with Vision 2030.
