Solidarity Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in Bahrain and a subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding, hosted an introductory workshop for its employees on the National Project Lamea, Bahrain’s flagship national platform to discover and upskill elite youth talent.
The session was led by Solidarity Bahrain’s Lamea Programme graduates, Muna Almarzooq and Hasan Almahmeed, who presented a comprehensive overview of the programme, including its structure, key stages, community, and selection criteria .
