The Bahrain Institute for Political Development (BIPD) announced plans to launch the “National Paths” programme, as part of its training initiatives aimed at developing national cadres in the public and private sectors and enhancing participation by improving institutional performance and advancing professional and knowledge-based skills.The programme targets various job levels, including employees and department heads, through an integrated package of courses and workshops covering a range of topics, including the Year of Isa Al Kabeer and its national impact, building national competencies, the electoral system in Bahrain, analytical skills and future foresight, innovation in national initiatives, data analysis skills to support decision-making, strategic leadership in national projects, and legislative oversight mechanisms and their impact on institutional work .
