Shura Council chairman Ali Saleh Al Saleh has concluded an official visit to Russia, held from July 14 to 18, at the invitation of Federation Council chairwoman Valentina Matviyenko.
He held high-level parliamentary talks with Russian counterparts, including Ms Matviyenko and the State Duma chairman .
